Service Agreement
By using Fairway Transport services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and any other guidelines or rules provided by Fairway Transport.
Booking & Payment
Reservations are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking, and Fairway Transport reserves the right to modify rates and availability without notice. Any additional charges (tolls, parking, etc.) not included in the original booking are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee. Please check your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
Vehicle Use & Driver Conduct
Clients must treat vehicles with care and are expected to respect our drivers. Unlawful or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and the client may be liable for any damages.
Liability
Fairway Transport is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather). We will make every effort to ensure timely service, but we cannot guarantee punctuality under certain conditions.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal items. Fairway Transport is not liable for lost or damaged belongings left in our vehicles.
Insurance & Damage
Fairway Transport vehicles are insured as required by law. Any intentional or reckless damage caused by clients will be charged to the responsible party.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and ensure that personal information collected during booking will only be used to fulfill your service requests, as per our privacy policy.
Modification to Terms
Fairway Transport reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.
